To make a reservation
Reservations may be made by telephone, by post or by the internet with a deposit of £100 per person or 10% of the total holiday cost (whichever is the greater) together with a completed booking form.
We will invoice you for the balance of the cost, which must be paid at least 6 weeks before departure. This date will be shown on your booking confirmation. For bookings made within 6 weeks of departure, immediate full payment is required. If payment is not received in time, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday arrangements, retain your deposit and apply the cancellation charges set out below.
Changes or cancellation by us of a confirmed booking
In very exceptional circumstances, we may have to change your holiday arrangements and we reserve the right to do so at any time. However, we will inform you as soon as is reasonably possible. Please note that some tours require a minimum number of bookings to take place. In the unlikely event of a tour being cancelled due to low numbers, you will be told as soon as possible. If a major change becomes necessary, except where the changes are due to a ‘Force Majeure’ ie Acts of God, war or threat of war, riots, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, government action, natural disasters, epidemics or health risks, fire, flood or other adverse weather conditions, or closure of airports, cancellation of flights or similar events beyond our control, you can either accept the changes or cancel your reservation and get a full refund. If we find we have to cancel your holiday after the final balance is due, we will pay you compensation as set out below so long as the cancellation does not come about because of unforeseeable events, beyond our control.
