Palagama Beach is about a two and a half hour drive north of Colombo Airport. It has been designed around how villages would use local materials but does have a very contemporary feel. Being on a beautiful deserted beach, it does have a very romantic location with breath-taking views of the Indian Ocean so is perfect for Honeymooners. All the accommodation is in separate little houses of different styles and all have total privacy.
